we require:
A detailed explanation of the size issue.
Clear images showcasing the sizing discrepancy.
Upon verification by our team, we will guide you through the return process and offer you the option of an exchange for the correct size or a refund.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:

a. All product tags intact and in their original packaging
b. Product must be unused
c. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition
